or on a grill. 45 minutes on each side, puncture once after turning. This is a minimum cooking time... cook longer for a dryer serving. About 6-8 links per pound.

My parents were from texas and remember taking road trips every summer. We always stopped by pittsburg to enjoy some delicious hot links. They're the best.

Pittsburg Hotlinks in Arizona

I am originally from DeKalb, Texas. My husband & I have been eating Pittsburg Hotlinks for years. Now we are living in Holbrook, Arizona. We were in DeKalb the last week of July 2008, & while we were there we bought 5 packages of hotlinks & brought back to Arizona. I have cooked them & taken them to work with us. The people here are amazed of how they taste. Some of the people want to know if we can get them ordered & sent to Arizona. Since we have been here in Arizona, I have been introducing some of the Arizona people to Texas food & Texas cooking. The hotlinks went over well with them. They really enjoyed them. I will also let people know about Pittsburg Hotlinks.
